The Program Discontinuation Procedure documents the rules around which a student’s enrolment may be cancelled by RMIT; including for unpaid fees; and the specific requirements for domestic and international students seeking to cancel their enrolment or transfer provider (as relevant). The procedure: • Refers students to the Approved Schedule of Fees and Charges for information about fee credits and refunds • Outlines reporting requirements relating to the age of students • Documents the requirement to report the cancellation of enrolment of students on a student visa to the Australian Government.
