During the implementation phase of the HDR Policy suite, SGR has come across an issue in relation to the milestone outcomes we have listed in the HDR Progress Management and Support Procedure. We use a system called SAMS to track and monitor all HDR student information and through trying to update the system to reflect the new procedure information, we have determined that due to restrictions in the system these changes are not possible. We have been advised that any major changes to SAMS require additional funds and capacity that we don’t have. As a result, we need to submit a minor amendment to the HDR Progress Management and Support Procedure and Schedule 1.HDR Progress Management and Support Procedure
