Summary of Changes from Previous Version

12/12/2024: Minor amendments approved by the DVCIE on 9 December 2024. RMIT has renamed its collection from the AFI Research Collection to the RMIT Australian Screen Research Collection to reflect its ownership of materials acquired since 2003, which now surpasses those owned by AFI/AACTA under a third-party agreement. The change was announced at the October Fellowship event. The collection guidelines have been updated with the following minor amendments:
• Renaming of the collection guidelines from the AFI Research Collection to the RMIT Australian Screen Research Collection
• The addition of Section 1, Clause 2 - to give reference to the AFI/ AACTA MoU and define the RMIT owned holdings in reference to the agreement
• The removal of the wind-up clause; Guidelines refer only to RMIT owned material.
