The Australian Government has introduced a new reporting requirement for the Tertiary Collection of Student Information. Due to this change, SGR can no longer retrospectively change a candidates study load, only in cases of medical leave/impact. An additional clause has been added to address this change in the Study Load section of the procedure which reads: (13) Changes to study load cannot be made retrospectively, except in extenuating circumstances.HDR Candidature Duration and Enrolment Variation Procedure
