Following a substantive review in 2023, the Delegations of Authority Policy underwent substantive changes, including the removal of 'term' considerations for delegation levels, adjustments in spend and revenue limits, provision for high-value contracts, and structural enhancements to align with best practices and the Contract Management Policy Suite updates. These revisions were the result of benchmarking, analysis, and stakeholder engagement across the RMIT Group, led by Legal Services with input from key stakeholders. The revised policy was approved by the University Council on 11 December 2023. The procedure was approved by the COO on 15 December 2023.Delegations of Authority Policy
