1/7/2026: The COI Policy suite has been updated with minor amendments to strengthen clarity and align with RMIT's Gender-Based Violence Code. Updates include: clarifying expectations regarding COI arising from close personal relationships where supervisory, oversight or decision-making responsibilities exist or may arise; alignment of terminology with the GBV Code and strengthening of responsibilities for declaring close personal relationships. The minor amendments were approved by the policy owner on 3 June 2026 and took effect on 1 July 2026.Conflict of Interest Management Procedure
