Summary of Changes from Previous Version

11/7/2025: Policy documents re-published with minor amendments, as approved by the Academic Registrar on 16 June 2025.
Summary of changes:
1. Academic Integrity Procedure - amend clause (16) to clarify that the Course Coordinator provides authorisation for the use of professional editor.
2. Academic Integrity Procedure - amend clause (10) to reflect that a deduction of marks is unavailable for VE assessments as they are not numerically graded.
3. Academic Integrity Procedure - amend clause (10) to improve terminology around an assessment issue versus an academic integrity breach.
4. Academic Integrity Policy and Procedure - Add new definitions â€~course materials’ and â€~assessment task’ (as per the Student Conduct Policy)
5. Academic Integrity Policy - Update terminology in clauses (10) g and (15) j to align with new definitions.
