Summary of Changes from Previous Version
The operational update project was completed in Q2, 2024, necessitating an update to the procedure to ensure it reflects operational practice in preparation for RMIT’s re-registration.
The following minor edits were approved by the DVCE on 7 May 2024:
1. CAQE changed to CEIQ.
2. Clauses have been restructured to reflect the Terms of Reference of Comprehensive Program Reviews.
3. Consistency in nomenclature, for example: 'External validation reports' should be called 'External Peer Review Reports' throughout the procedure.
4. Links have been updated to reflect latest sources.
5. Some sentences in clauses have been removed to encourage readers to refer to the links on the hub, where the information already exists. No new sections have been added to the procedure; however, several sentences have been moved.
