Summary of Changes from Previous Version
3/11/2023: The RMIT English Worldwide (REW) English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Refund Procedure has been updated due to the new legislation on Unfair Contract Terms. This procedure was approved by the CEO, RMIT Training on 3 November 2023.
28/11/2023: Further clarity added to timing and refund reason, and typos corrected. Charges for student default due to visa refusal prior to commencement removed.
