Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The existing Student Safety Measures Procedure could not be operationalised at RMIT Vietnam, requiring a specific procedure to support the managing of students whose behaviour is a risk to themselves or others. The COO approved a new distinct procedure establishing authorities in Vietnam on 14 July 2025.
