Summary of Changes from Previous Version

1. Updated and renamed the RMIT Retention and Disposal Authority (RDA), 28/2/2022.

2. Updated the RMIT Retention and Disposal Authority Summary Schedule. Added clause ‘based on business or legislative requirements’ to the end of the intro paragraph.

3. Updated LT.05A & LT.07 in the RMIT Retention and Disposal Authority Detailed Schedule, the key change being that LT.07 now refers only to the ‘re-issue’ of testamurs, whereas the records associated with the ‘issue’ of testamurs has moved to LT.05A (retain permanently). This is to ensure that testamurs can be reproduced for a minimum of 30 years which is an ASQA requirement.
