Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Procedure has been lightly restructured to provide a clearer distinction between the processes and requirements for confirming completion, certification, conferral of awards and graduation. Corrections to information about the publication of conferral information about students have been made to reflect the use of the Graduate Verification Service. Further changes to the Procedure provide additional detail to support compliance as a Registered Training Organisation, and new detail about the issuance of hard copy and replacement testamurs. Refinements have been made to the Policy and Procedure relating to the authority to confer and revoke awards in accordance with the RMIT Statute and Regulations.
