Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The Student Conduct Procedure provides the specific requirements for responding to and reporting potential student misconduct, and RMIT’s responsibility for the wellbeing of students involved in instances or reports of potential student misconduct. The procedure details requirements and arrangements for student care, management of potential misconduct by a student who is also a staff member, notification and communication requirements and the management of records, privacy and confidentiality.
